Main Sessions

  • Session One: Life in the Losing

    Pastor Joel Repic

We find true life only on the other side of surrender. The way of Jesus does not sidestep death; it goes straight through it, anticipating resurrection on the other side. What is true for us as individuals is also true for our churches: Jesus calls us to come and die—laying down comfort, control, and self-preservation—so that we might truly live again.

  • Session Two: Riches in Poverty

    Pastor Joel Repic

The presence of Jesus is discovered among the poor. If we want to know where Jesus is already at work in our communities, we must go to the poor. Different kinds of poverty expose both need and openness to God’s kingdom. There, among the overlooked and vulnerable, we proclaim and demonstrate the Good News—not as outsiders bringing our own solutions, but as participants in what Jesus is already doing.

  • Session Three: Strength in Release

    Pastor Joel Repic

We’re strongest when we send, not when we cling. From the earliest days of the church, the Spirit has called communities not to cling tightly but to release people into the mission of God. What might it look like to build structures that send, empower, and multiply, rather than hold, hoard, and control? Following Jesus means learning to bless release rather than resist it.

  • Session Four: Greatness in Smallness

    Pastor Joel Repic

The Kingdom often starts small and hidden; we should too. We are easily drawn to what looks impressive, large, or successful. But the way of the Kingdom is often marked by smallness, hiddenness, and slow growth. Sometimes the bravest and most faithful step is to begin small and hidden.
