Summer Worship Series

Churches Working Together for Gospel Saturation

Every Sunday evening in June, churches and ministries from across Central Pennsylvania come together for a region-wide worship gathering in downtown Altoona.

What began as Saturate Altoona has grown into a movement of churches and believers from across the 814 region who share a common vision: that every man, woman, and child would have repeated opportunities to hear and respond to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The Summer Worship Series is a visible expression of that unity.

Each week features worship, prayer, testimonies, Gospel-centered preaching, and opportunities to connect with churches and ministries from throughout the region. Before the worship gathering, families can enjoy free food, activities, and blessing booths provided by local churches and ministry partners.

We gather not because we are the same, but because we are united in Jesus.

As the movement continued to grow, it became clear that God was doing something bigger than a single city.

Pastors, churches, and ministry leaders from communities throughout Central Pennsylvania were joining the vision. While Altoona remains an important gathering point, the mission has always extended beyond the city limits.

Today, nearly half of the people in Central Pennsylvania claim no connection to a church or a relationship with Jesus. Reaching them will require churches throughout the region working together rather than working alone.

The Summer Worship Series remains one of the key ways we celebrate what God is doing together.
